Q1 Why can’t I open the garage door by auto opener?
It is possible that either the auto opener has broken down or the door itself has problem. First you can follow the auto opener’s manual to disengage the auto opener from the garage door, then if you can manually open the garage door that means the auto opener has some issues but the door itself is fine. On the other hand, if you still can’t open the garage door that means your garage door is the problem. In either case you will need to arrange our technician to help you solve the problem.
Q2 Do you offer a free quote?
We only offer free quotes for new installation or replacement of an existing garage door. However, we don’t offer free quotes for a repair job, because the complexity of the task and time needed to complete the job is usually unpredictable. As a guide, it will normally cost $150.00 to $300.00 to fix a common problem.
Q3 What kind of payment do you accept?
We only accept cash, cheque and credit cards (with surcharge)

Q5 How often do I need to service my garage door?
Usually you need to service your garage door every six months. Regularly servicing your garage door will keep it operating trouble free.
